Sidi Wiriadisastra Joanne is extremely good in finding the right style. Very thorough in details. The place has a very clean and calm vibe, and has items like hair decorations and beauty products on display. No matter what cut or style you want, Joanne does it wonderfully. I highly recommend this salon!

I don’t live that close anymore, but Joanne is so good at cutting hair that I always regret it when I try getting my hair cut somewhere else. Also, Joanne honestly tells me if I don’t need a hair product or treatment, when other hairdressers may push me to pay for something I don’t need.

Michael Klepajczuk I don’t usually write hair salon reviews (mainly because, as a guy, I rarely visit them), but I honestly can’t express how impressed I am with this place. As a guy, there’s only so much you can do with your hair, and after years of sticking to the same style, I finally wanted a change. Someone suggested I try a perm, and a colleague at work recommended Byme. I decided to go for it—and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I had both a haircut and a perm done, and the transformation was amazing. When it comes to haircutting and styling, this salon is truly top-tier. The stylist was professional, skilled, and really understood what I was looking for. Everyone at the salon was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. If you’re thinking about trying something new with your hair, I highly recommend giving Byme a shot—you won’t be disappointed!

John Green Do you know how hard it is now to find someone to cut a Flat Top hairstyle? Do you know how much harder it is to find someone who can cut not just a great flat Top, but an exceptional one? I’ll tell you, it’s nearly impossible. I have been to many, MANY barbers in Australasia, and finally I have found the barber I have been looking for!!! Not just an exceptional haircut but the banter I have been looking for since I left the UK nearly 30 years ago. Thank you Anthony, it doesn’t matter where I am in Australia, I will travel back for your haircut and your shops atmosphere, I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Mike Morris Frank’s has been my go to barber since the early 80s Ive moved to other cities, lived in other countries but one of the first things I always do when I’m back in town is get my hair cut by Anthony or any other of the amazing hairdressers up at Frank’s. there is the warm sense of home and family each time I’m there and no one else can cut my hair like them. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

Amanda Porter I chose to try Envy Room 2 years ago based only on its easy physical access from my home. My life is very busy but I feel like manage my work better when my hair looks like Im in control of my life!!! I was happy with my previous salon but had to relocate. It was a very happy "accident". The staff and service are delightful, accommodating and informative. I always walk out more relaxed than when I walked in. And always look better too! The proprietor Betty has high standards about all facets of her business and deserves the success reflected in evident repeat clients. However saying that, theyll always try to squeeze me in in the event of a "social emergency!". Try Envy Room. Good hair colour judgement.. roots and highlights. Great blowdries. Nice hair products and decent coffee and teas!

Jacqui A Robyn is one of the only people I would ever trust with my hair! She is a genius and also a great gal :) I recommend this place to all my friends and family for formal dos and just a regular trim. Ellie Bee Its taken me a couple of days to write this review, as I was quite upset and traumatised about almost having to cut off my healthy super long hair after getting it styled here for my 30th birthday. I have very long hair with mild layers, and I have had my hair curled a few times professionally with the same length of hair without issue. As nice as the young apprentice who curled my hair was, not only did the curls drop immediately, but my hair became so frizzy and the worst part, ended up SEVERELY MATTED after a few hours. I ended my birthday celebrations panicking, crying and spending hours in the bathroom trying to undo the tangled clumps of hair a few strands at a time with gobs of deep conditioner. Two and a half hours later with aching arms, I finally managed to untangle everything, but also lost so much hair in the process (picture attached was about 80% of total loss). I was left traumatised and so angry. I honestly dont know whether it was the products used, or the manner in which it was styled. But its obvious that there was little to no knowledge at all in how to care for this type of hair. One example was that not only did I state, but she saw with her own eyes the natural condition of my hair, which was long and straight. Yet she still blow dried it straight with lots of pulling, heat (which burnt my skin two times) and tension, then went in with a curler when just a quick dry with the hair dryer was needed. So much pulling and two different intense heat tools. Maybe next time dont push the apprentice onto anyone without a proper assessment of the hair type. I will never step foot in this place ever again.

Timothy Jelbart I have been going here for years. The guys are very friendly and the conversation is always good. I have always been pleased with the haircut and very happy with the service and the price. You can certainly pay a lot more and get a lot less elsewhere! I had the pleasure of watching Eddy and Luke cutting a father and sons hair at the same time today while I waited. Eddy was fantastic with the young Boy going out of his way to make sure he was comfortable. Good to see! Certainly worth a visit. Regards Tim
