Nancy Lily and her staff were so attentive. I had a hot stone massage after work and was so relaxed afterwards. I didnt want it to finish. Will go back soon.

Sara Ghirawoo I went in for some laser hair removal and eyebrow waxing. I honestly couldn’t be more pleased. The ladies at Austina are absolutely lovely professionals. The laser hair removal was 100% painless. The eyebrow wax was also so gentle. So glad I found them! Will definitely be going back.

Imogen Smith Rosie is an amazing brow artist and has done such a great job at fixing my eyebrows from years of being over waxed and uneven! Its been a process and I was unsure for the first couple of sessions as they werent what I was used to. After a few sessions they have grown, have an amazing shape and look so much fuller. Definitely trust the process, so worth it!

Kiara Mclean Yasmin is AMAZING. I will never go anywhere else for anything beauty related. Her lash lifts are stunning and long lasting. She is friendly and professional, and her work environment is clean!

Sally Laous Madeline is absolutely amazing at what she does. Ive started with her over a year ago to achieve skin goals for my wedding and I never looked back. Every session Ive had with her has always been a positive one, she will constantly give you tips, helpful advice, and recommend products that suit you. She just looks after you! My face has never looked so glowy! Madeline is truly the best in the business. Hit her up for any skin goals and she will come through! She will in no time become your skin angel.

Krisha Kularajendran This place is amazing and I usually do my nails on and off but ever since going to this place I have been a frequent customer. The staff are helpful and friendly. They have been very skilful with all the designs I have requested for my nails and have done them wonderfully and I always leave with a smile on my face. Also a massive shout out the Jenny who in a short span of time has understood what I like and gives amazing advice on what would look good and always turns out better than I expected. The girls at pearl nails are absolutes delights and keep up the amazing work.

Kate ONeill A wonderful experience today, had acrylics removed and BIAB manicure done by Ngan (I think?!) She did a wonderful job, the attention to detail was incredible and my nails are immaculate. Very natural looking, and cared for my natural nail beds carefully. Only lost one star because I had a booking, but had to wait. They were very short staffed though, so definitely not Ngan’s fault! Thankyou, I will be back.

Sun Amanda The overall environment is nice — clean, well-maintained, and relaxing. I especially want to highlight the Thai therapist; she was professional, attentive, and very caring, making the experience truly enjoyable. That said, there’s still room for improvement in the overall soft service. I hope the service level will continue to improve to fully match the great atmosphere.
