Jillian Crisp St Ives Chase Pharmacy has given my 100 year old dad and myself excellent service. Their script prices are good, parking is less congested than local malls, they are experts at Webster Packs and they deliver. When I told Belinda and Danielle last week that my Dad had died, I could see from their faces how much they cared about him. We are lucky to have such a great neighbourhood chemist.

Meaghan Katrak Disappointing service when collecting a parcel pick up. Waited while assistant, who was looking for the parcel, was continually called by pharmacist to serve customers who came in for pharmacy items, as though a higher priority. If that’s the case, don’t be a parcel pick up hub; it’s your choice. Edit for Response and final comment: I gave my review from my perspective as the customer. You gave your ‘clarification’ which is merely your review from your perspective as the owner. Good service is about how one is made to feel, not necessarily measured in minutes or wait times.

Mary Smallbone This is a small but well stocked chemist. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Its close proximity to the local GP make it extremely convenient for having prescriptions filled after your GP visit. The extended opening hours are very helpful too. A pleasant and friendly experience.

Theresa Tran Just had a flu jab with Alex. It was pain free and super quick! Best flu jab I’ve ever had. Danielle is also super friendly!
