Boo M Moana is amazing at cutting, shes also a fabulous hair colourist. If youre looking for a great "blonde" look Id recommend Mo because the integrity of your hair is her first priority. Im really picky with my hair and dont let anyone cut it, so if I like her services you can trust shes amazing! Xx

My friend goes to Feels Pilates & recommended it to me, as she knew I would enjoy it and that the instructors would help me to modify any exercises I needed to and make me feel supported. I’m sooooo grateful she recommended Feels Pilates. I’ve been attending 2 classes each week at their Narrabeen studio and am absolutely LOVING the beginners reformer classes! The instructors (especially Georgie) have made me feel so welcome & supported and helped to empower me and make me feel confident in my ability to do all the movements and really enjoy the classes. I cannot recommend this studio enough to anyone from seasoned pro’s to beginners like myself. It is a very inclusive & friendly studio and the variety of their classes & flexible timetable options are fantastic!

Amira Daley My new favourite Pilates studio! I can’t wait to kickstart my membership after completing the intro offer here at feels. I have needed Pilates to aid me in toning my body and to assist my other training. The exercises at feels flow so well and target every muscle group in every class. I have found it easy to transition into Pilates from my prior dancing experience but the beginner classes were so helping in getting a feel for a reformer machine which I have never used before. I also love how every instructor is different and use different methods and exercises. I am looking forward to improving my strength and body cannot wait to be apart of this community!
