Gillian Massey I am absolutely blown away by the incredible work Sheena did on my hair! After having a pixie cut for a while, I decided to go for a dramatic change, and Sheena made it happen with flawless hair extensions. I went from super short to long, flowing locks, and the transformation is unreal! Not only does the hair look completely natural, but the blend with my own hair is seamless. The attention to detail, the care, and the expertise are top-notch. If youre looking for someone who can work magic with extensions, Sheena is the one. I couldnt be happier and feel so confident with my new look. Highly recommend!

Josephine Glover I would 100% recommend Sheena. I had colour and a full head of weft hair extensions put in and she did such an incredible job! I had quite a lot of hairloss from medication that was really getting me down and now i have my dream hair! The results are so much better than I had expected. Ive had tape extensions in the past but i found they were really difficult to hide and never blended properly with my hair; the wefts are a completely different story, so easy to maintain and style and Sheena has done such an amazing job with placement and colour that they blend perfectly and look really natural. She really knows her stuff! And on top of that she is absolutely lovely, ive finally found my hairdresser!

Isabella Gordon Love coming here. Sheena is absolutely wonderful. Prices are reasonable and the colours always turn out great. Also came and got the Japanese headspa and it was amazing, my hair felt fantastic for a couple weeks after. Highly recommend, especially for getting anything colour

Lucas Andrews I recently visited The Hair Ground to have my girlfriends hair and makeup done for her 21st birthday party, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff and made to feel right at home. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Our stylist was incredibly skilled and really took the time to understand what my girlfriend wanted for her hair and makeup. She was patient and attentive, and made sure that my girlfriend was completely happy with the final result. The makeup was flawless and the hair was stunning - my girlfriend received so many compliments throughout the night. Overall, I would highly recommend The Hair Ground to anyone looking for a professional and friendly salon experience. The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the results are simply amazing.

Paige Murphy The hairground has been my regular salon for years, Tiffany and Liz have always done wonders with my hair and I always leave feeling fresh. I got married recently any Felicity did the hair styling for myself, mum and Bridesmaids. She did a beautiful (and very efficient) job doing our hair and was more than happy to make any last min adjustments and work with my mums curly hair type so we all felt beautiful on the day. Ariane Walker Have been seeing Erin for years for colour and cuts and she is exceptional. My boys also love Erin, neither have "traditional" haircuts but she takes the time to get them perfect. The salon is always busy which tells you how great they all are!

Natalie Remington Very disappointing experience, I went in for a full colour and ended up leaving with patchy and uneven colour, my regrowth bright coppper (the colour I asked for) and a completely different colour to the rest of my hair with areas that are left completely blonde, I do not recommend this hairdresser to anybody. My partner that never notices my hair cuts or dyes laughed at me as I walked in the door because of how horrible it looks.

Alison I actually met Yvonne when she came into my place of work. When I found out she was a hairdresser and did keratin treatments, I couldn’t not visit her salon. Her friendliness and warmth extended right from our initial meeting through the appointment (she remembered me both when I called to make the appointment and when I came in) right through to the follow up phone call she gave a few days after my keratin was done. I have had a few keratins done before. Some have been a hit, others misses. The Brazilian keratin treatment has smoothed my long, thick, dry, frizzy hair right done, it is so insanely straight and glossy (even during the humid days we’ve been having). Very happy to say I have finally found my go-to hairdresser! I can’t recommend Medusa enough!

Emily Clarke My first bad experience was when I went in for a keratin treatment which they quoted me 120 over the phone. I was told they had this dicounted price for the month of november, so I thought it was a great price and went in to have it done. The service was all well and good up until when i went to pay for it, I was told that it will be 200. I had to be stern with her to finally get her to understand what i was quoted and she finally gave up and agreed on the 120. The second time there was a problem was when i called the salon and asked for a colour, cut and blowave and was quoted just 60. After hanging up I thought that this price was too good to be true as id been there a couple of months earlier and was charged 90 for a cut and colour without the blowave. so i called up again to double check that it was 60 for a cut colour and blowave, which they confirmed. I went in thinking i was getting a great deal and as i had called twice to confirm i trusted they knew what they were doing. By the end of the cut she was ready to blow dry my hair and i asked about the colour and she said i thought you only wanted and cut and blowdry. I was so disappointed because i chose to go there instead of another place that advertised a cut colour blowdry for 70. I feel that they will just say anything to you over the phone to get you in the door, then pretend that it was all just a misunderstanding. They do a good job but i wont be going back as they have lost all integrity.
