From the outset Glen was professional and prompt in his responses and follow ups. Our loan criteria wasn’t exactly straight forward but he made it so easy for us. When we found a property we liked we ran into some delays from a preferred lender, but Glen had plan B ready to go and got just as good a deal over the line in a couple of days with a new lender.
