Mr. Varn, took the necklace in his hand and just fixed it then and there within seconds! He is an awesome gentleman who has big heart! I would 100% recommend anyone struggling/unsure with jewelry repairs to give this place a go! You will definitely be surprised to find that even in today’s world there are genuine and skilled shopkeepers!!

Laura Mckay My daughter and I went here for a helix and nose piercing last week. Shed been pierced before by Lysander and was really happy with the outcome, he didnt disappoint this time either. He came across as friendly, professional, confident and experienced, my second helix piercing (I went to Skin Kandy last time), what a difference..... less painful already, feels like its healing well, no issues, piercing was pretty painless and quick...very happy. He was very helpful advising on positioning of piercing and knew the stock and what was available. They are very reasonably priced and also have the largest and most varied choice of jewellery I have ever seen..... 100% recommend this place!

Kris Lever WOW...what great service. The ladies are always friendly and happy to help. Even when youre indecisive, they can help with the decision on the piece or pieces you are interested in. They ask the right questions to help you choose the correct item/s. The range of jewelry is also great. Cant recommend the service, staff and choice enough.
