Special mention to Rebecca who made the entire experience so seamless & memorable and for her patience in helping to source the perfect diamond. We collected the ring on Saturday where both Matt & Rebecca joined us for a glass of bubbles in the shop to toast the happy occasion - which was a gorgeous touch! Cimone Rogers Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Amy, she was absolutely lovely. I came in knowing what I wanted, she wasn’t pushing me to get anything else (love when staff understand that) and was so kind to talk too. She packed up my safety chain nice a pretty for me even though it was going on the bracelet I was wearing, and we even spoke about what charms I will add to it in the future. She was so wonderful and when I go back I hope she is there so she can see my travel charms.

Tania Stevenson A lovely friendly atmosphere. Staff are helpful but not intrusive. They offer a visiting jeweller for design and repairs.
