5 /5 Ashlee Pond: My fiance started designing a custom ring before he proposed last May, and Anne Marie and the team at I Heart Moissanites were so absolutely incredible throughout every step of the process!! They cut a custom stone for the engagement ring in a really unusual shape, providing their expert guidance on size and claw placement, and put up with a lot of back and forth over email about the specifics of the design. We got the engagement ring, wedding band and eternity band all at once in a beautiful set, and Anne Marie sent us regular updates with designs, photos and videos throughout. The price was extremely reasonable and shipping was secure and quick. The package that the rings came in, with certification and some extra surprises, was a lovely touch. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid so I havent had a chance to wear the wedding band daily yet, but the engagement band is still beautiful, clear, shiny, unscratched, and an absolute joy to wear more than a year later. Everything about this process was wonderful and well definitely be returning to I Heart Moissanites in the future for other moissanite jewellery.

Gabrielle is an exceptional gemologist with a true eye for beauty - the engagement ring she designed for my fiancée puts a smile on her face every time she sees it. The team was incredibly flexible, working around my tight five-week schedule where most other retailers either declined the job or quoted close to an extra $1000 to expedite it. The ring was affordable and, to be honest, looks better than any diamond ring I’ve seen. The moissanites they use are radiant and sparkle brilliantly in any light. When I realized I had ordered the wrong size (two sizes too large), the team resized it quickly and at no extra charge. I can’t speak highly enough of Gabrielle - her bubbly personality and insightful advice made the whole process so much easier. We had Gabrielle help us and she was amazing - she responded quickly, solved any problem we could possibly have, and the ring itself is absolutely stunning. The quality of service we got from I Heart Moissanites was incredible, and we even got a little gift box with wine and chocolates when we received our ring. We have recommended them to anyone and everyone and will continue to do so! Plus their rings are very reasonably priced, and the moissanite looks incredible!
