The strength, agility, speed, balance & flexibility program certainly improved my fitness & I could feel the benefits & improvements in the training as we progressed. Her training methods introduced & explained the correct technique to get the maximum benefits. I’m continuing to train with JAN on a regular basis to maintain my fitness. I’m pleased to say that the effort you put in was successful. I will also add that people half my age going through the fitness tests were unable to complete the process.
