1 /5 V Ca: Worse customer service. Two women in the store dont know much about jewellery. Talked about discount but didnt apply on it during check out, when asked they blamed on customer not requesting specifically. No customer service skill. Will never return.

1 /5 Elisa Faggiani: I went to the shop to ask information about resizing a ring that my partner bought there. The lady who assisted me was quite arrogant, like if she was doing me a favour, and wasn’t even willing to help with recommendation with choosing the right size. Because of that I have decided to take the ring to Proud, just next door to them, where the lady was absolutely helpful, and I ended up leaving my ring with them to be resized for the exact same price and also with a quicker pick up time. Would definitely NOT go back to Angus & Coote Eastgardens for any reason, and would NOT recommend it to anyone. It is such a shame that this lady customers service will affect the image of the shop.

3 /5 Lachlan Preece: Originally great service, when commissions are involved I’m sure it’s easy. But coming back a couple of years later with a manufacturing fault got given the cold shoulder. Seeing as AC is no longer a retailer of Gucci I was basically told tough luck.

5 /5 Emma Cotter: Got our wedding bands here recently. The lady who dealt with us was so lovely and very helpful. (Sorry I’ve forgotten the name). She gave us what felt like, genuine advice on wedding band options and we ended up purchasing them. Would highly recommend.
