Nadiya Salim Handy place only 5 min walk from home. Smaller than all my previous gyms I’ve been a member of but has all the equipment I need! The staff are so lovely. It’s always very clean and tidy. Other members are so lovely too. It’s nice seeing a variety of clients. Very glad my partner and I decided to join here!

Natasha Faithfull Naomi is a fantastic yoga and Pilates teacher! I have been to both classes - perfect if you are a first timer or advanced, Naomi adapts to suit your skill level and flexibility. Would highly recommend! She is very skilled and creates a lovely environment.
