Dandenong Ranges National Park (Ferntree Gully Area) - NSW

TOOBIE GOO Good to walking up stairs and running down side way. Bathroom on the top and bottom the hill. Moderate but short trail. Only takes around two hours. Walking in the forest, sunlight caressing my hair. The bustling woods, busy birds, a leisurely pace of life.

ritchie pham A Coach, a Friend, and an Inspiration Dylan has been more than just a coach to me, he’s been a long time friend, a mentor, and a source of unwavering support. We’ve seen each other at our lowest points, and watching him grow into the person he is today has been nothing short of inspiring. His dedication, discipline, and resilience sparked something in me, pushing me to take my own health and fitness seriously and ultimately leading me into bodybuilding. What sets Dylan apart is his wealth of knowledge and his genuine care for his clients. He’s not just focused on getting results, he’s invested in your overall well-being, ensuring you grow both physically and mentally. His ability to tailor his coaching to each individual, combined with his passion for fitness, makes him an incredible mentor. If you’re looking for someone who leads by example, is dedicated to your success, and truly wants to see you thrive, Dylan is that person. I’m grateful to have him in my corner, and I can’t recommend him enough!

Goodlife Health Clubs Balwyn - NSW

Edward Gough Goodlife Balwyn is really good. Bit of a sleeper actually. Easy parking. Easy going staff. Friendly and helpful. Multi-zoned with free weights, bikes, steppers, treads, studio, heavy and dead-lift, bags. Classes run regularly and while some of the equipment is not brand-new, its solid. Best of all, therere no posers. People there seem to understand that courtesy is key and there just doesnt seem to be as many mobile phones out. Havent had to put anyone elses weights away - ever. 5 Stars. Ed
