Emile Pelekanos Jess is one of the best health professionals I have ever worked with. I have very complex health conditions. When I first met Jess I couldnt go for a short walk or lift anything without injuring myself. I have been working with Jess for over a year now and I am lifting heavy weights and have grown strong physically and mentally. I credit Jess with my now vastly improved health and much better quality of life. She is better and more knowledgeable than any PT, Physio, exercise physiologist and nutritionist I have ever tried (and trust me Ive been through more than a few). B Alice (Alice B) Such a great, modern practice which I would highly recommend to anyone. Dr Sarah was so thorough, kind and empathetic. I have seen multiple GP’s in this practice and have been happy every time. Receptionists and nursing staff are all happy and lovely too!

Ciara Fox Just started my intro membership. Such a good deal, unlimited classes for $59 for the month. Able to try out a range of different classes. I love the hot flow and reformer class. All the instructors are so lovely and a really friendly atmosphere

Manasee Joshi If you have a toddler and want to burn some energy, definitely a place to go. Their preschool program is amazing and my 4 year old is always excited to go there.
