5 /5 Kirsty Mould: I started at BFT just over a month ago and I love it. Ive always been a gym person but my last gym was a self serve and I felt like I wasnt pushing myself. I knew a couple of friends that went to BFT so I thought Id give it a go. I was hooked in the first week. The trainers know what they are doing and I love the variety of the classes. Having the heart rate monitor and score at the end of each session makes me push myself every class. The best part is the community - everyone is so lovely, welcoming and encouraging. Del and Condo who own the studio are awesome and check in to see how Im going and if there is anything I need from them, making it a really personal experience. I highly encourage anyone who needs an extra boost, or who wants to spend their precious time at a gym actually doing something where they will see the benefits, give the team at BFT a call!

From day one, the atmosphere was welcoming and supportive. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the equipment is clean and well-maintained. What really sets this gym apart, though, is the community. I’ve made some amazing friends here—people who inspire me, push me, and make every workout something I actually look forward to. There’s a real sense of connection and encouragement here. If you’re looking for a gym that not only helps you reach your fitness goals but also feels like a place you belong, this is it. Highly recommend!

The staff and owners are welcoming and highly knowledgeable, the equipment and facilities are new, clean and maintained. The community of gym goers are inclusive and friendly. The classes are top notch - you always feel incredible by the end! I love it here ♥️

All of the trainers continually encourage and work with you throughout the sessions to help you progress each week. I have been involved in different gyms over the years and this is by far the best program with dedicated trainers who clearly love their jobs!
