Rescinded offer after submitting all documents; stating that cashback offer criteria had been revised. Tried to peddle me some fixed interest loans that were not in my best interests. No Credit guides or credit proposals were sent when requesting documents. Consultant is pushy. Talked over me when I tried to explain what I was looking for. Poor listening skills and hard sell. Unprofessional, rushed and untrustworthy.
