Simon Becky I really enjoy training with Pete. He has a real focus on the right exercises for your goals and what is right for your body.
From day one he has always ensured that I am doing the exercises correctly, have good core stability and that we are listening to my body.
Ive trained with Pete for 6 years and hes not only helped me get into shape but also helped me to identify issues with my body and worked with closely with my physio to tailor my work outs.
Ive been to other trainers who about the quick results, but Pete wants to ensure that exercising is sustainable.
