5 /5 Fenella Clarke: Yvonne is incredibly patient, while still pushing you to do your best. Classes are fun and you feel fantastic afterwards. There are classes to suit all ages and all abilities. She has done wonders to help with my fitness levels while taking into account existing injuries

She is very knowledgeable about the body and an expert at choosing the correct exercises to suit your ability. Since Ive been training with Yvonne my back and shoulder injury has improved dramatically and her continual encouragement has made me look forward to exercising regularly.
