Elite Swimming Pascoe Vale - NSW

S. Alkan Our kids have been taking lessons this year and we are very happy with the service that we have received. All of the instructors are very friendly and patient . They also have a school holidays program where you can use your missed lesson tokens or sign up for extra lessons. Definitely recommended.

Himansu Patel I had moderate to severe back pain in my lumbar region. I used to take prescribed pain killer 3 times a day just to feel comfortable. But soon I found PVH Fitness, and their back pain solution program. Pauls initial assessment sent me home with relief that a back rehabilitation program will bring me more permanent relief. Paul and his other staff Joe and Tim helped by providing me with knowledgeable advice. One week into the program, I had already started to feel good results with less back pain everyday. Now not only am I able to do activities without pain, but I am in a more fit and stronger body all thanks to PVH and Fitness.

Shivflow Yoga - NSW

Sam Owens Ive been practicing with Shweta for 3 yrs, starting as an absolute beginner, and have really improved my strength and flexibility. She takes a holistic approach to yoga and always offers options so that you can find what works for your body. The guided meditations are a highlight and have really helped improve my mindfulness. Shweta is an amazing teacher blending relaxation and intensity (and some laughs!) into one yoga session. I would definitely recommend trying out her classes.
