Mag Sinead is the best instructor, she’s very knowledgeable, super friendly and supportive, always giving options to all individuals that you can tailor the class to your own skill level. Every class I attend is great and I feel stronger each week. Highly recommend KX Bentleigh.

Csc Ch Simon is a dedicated and knowledgeable instructor helping all ages from young to the elderly. That is quite unique. He customizes his coaching and instruction to the group. I recommend him highly as a private or class instructor.
