JB Delcourt Ben is an awesome personal trainer. I have had an back / hip injury for 2 years. Ben has catered his program for my needs and after a few months I started feeling much stronger. He has been very patient and creative through the whole process by implementing new exercises to gently get me stronger without aggravating my injury. The small groups training is great with varied programs catering to everyones needs. Two more things - great banter with Ben and the group. And the prices are affordable compared to other places. You wont find a better place!

Lorraine I joined Cath in July/August 2024 and have enjoyed her classes. Cath encourages us to do more than what we think we are capable of doing and we have a lot of fun. I have just completed my six week challenge with EML(Eat Move & Live) and I have gained so much from it learning the good and bad foods which we are all guilty of having. The reason for exercise and how you feel in yourself. I encourage those who have not yet done the challenge to give it some thought. I feel so much better in myself and intend continuing with it. Thanks Cath for all your advice and encouragement and look forward to continuing with your classes
