Fiona Hannah was amazing at Cerrone in creating my custom engagement ring; she sourced the diamond, worked with me around the price and spent a lot for time perfecting the placement for the asymmetric setting! Ive had the ring for over 6 months and get a lot of compliments. It is such a beautiful ring and still has the same sparkle as day one ✨ thanks Hannah!!

Kathryn Samyue I came to Narelle to have a gold ring I purchased overseas 23 years ago remodelled. Narelle was friendly, helpful and was able to come up with a design that I immediately liked, the stone was removed as sadly it turned out to be glass! As simple as the design is, its still elegant and a great stacking ring. She very honest and reasonable on price. I would easily go back to Empire again.

Brianna Miles The lady Abby was absolutely amazing and helped my partner pick out a beautiful ring after having issues at Prouds, we purchased a ring at prouds and after 5 days it started going green, when we tried to come in and show her and the lady Sue refused to exchange or refund it, and made it extremely hard, we went to Goldmark and spoke to Abby who actually called Sue and explained the ring shouldn’t be going green after few days, and to offer us a gift voucher or an exchange. We went back to prouds to collect the voucher and asked if she could place a ring on hold that we were debating. She said she couldn’t cause there’s to much paperwork so if we wanted it we needed to exchange. Or she’ll give us the gift voucher but won’t put the ring on hold as she said it’s “too much paper work” we went back to Goldmark where Abby very much accommodated us with the most beautiful customer service. Highly recommend asking for Abby when you shop there!
