The facilities are in great shape, with an extremely diverse range of equipment for a diverse range of training - strength, hypertrophy, x-training and cardio. The classes at Castle have been amazing and have made extremely challenging workouts enjoyable with a truly supportive community. Having recently moved to the area, it has been great having Castle as a place to connect with others!

5 /5 Kim White: I love the whole gym family vibe, everyone is so friendly and it doesn’t matter what age or fitness level you are you are just as welcome as anyone else. The trainers are understanding and will work with any injuries or ailments you have. It is the best gym I have ever been too. Love it and everyone in it ❤️

As a beginner to all things gym, I felt welcomed and supported from the moment I joined a trial session. A big range of class times, nutrition plans, and a whole heap of fun challenges, makes working out something to look forward to.

Soul Athletic Club - NSW

Mikaela Rowe Such a luxurious gym that makes you want to train. Soul Athletic Club is beautifully designed yet still has a great range of equipment to train with. They haven’t oversubscribed members like most commercial gyms so you can always find equipment even during peak hours. It’s always clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. Despite its influencer worthy appearance, the gym and its staff are very welcoming and create a non intimidating environment for training! So happy I found this place!

Life Ready Studio - NSW

Samantha Rudman Joined this peaceful studio for two weeks whilst visiting from Perth. Absolutely loved it, a highlight of the visit. The instructors were friendly, kind, and generous with their instruction. The studio is clean and spacious. Can’t wait to come back and train again! (Thanks especially to Laura and Tessa ❤️)
