5 /5 Lorraine Lam: excellent gym and it’s huge! appreciated the ability to purchase a drop-in pass instead of a membership, as i was traveling through sydney just for a few days. lots of equipment and the space is clean and well-maintained. staff were very hospitable!.

5 /5 Melissa Lea: I’ve seen a few recent reviews claiming this gym isn’t inclusive, and honestly, that couldn’t be further from the truth! In my experience, this place goes above and beyond to make every member of the community feel welcome, respected, and supported. The staff create a friendly, inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds, abilities, and fitness levels, and they genuinely care about everyone’s wellbeing. Safety is always a top priority, and it’s clear they work hard to make sure all patrons feel comfortable and looked after. I couldn’t recommend this gym more highly!

5 /5 zachary woody: My son and I were looking for a place to train for the week while in Sydney. This place had pretty much everything we needed and was within walking distance. DB up to 150lbs, free weights, lots of machines, and some cables. Had a plyo type area on second level as well as Locker rooms and bathrooms (which were clean). Pretty easy to work in even in the busy times. People were friendly and chill. The owner was a really nice guy as well encourage my kid to keep putting in work. I think it was $25 Australian (like $15 USD) per day which wasn’t too bad or $99 ($65ish USD) for the week.
