5 /5 Sam Panetta: T1 performance has everything you want in a space - great facilities, clean environment and amazing staff. The coaches at T1 are supportive, motivating and hold you to your goals - I’ve been coached by Suzanne and seen a huge change in my abilities, confidence and mindset. My initial nerves entering a gym have transformed into excitement and that excitement is reciprocated by the coaches at T1 every-time you walk through the door! Would highly recommend this gym to others - great energy, person centred coaching and quality equipment!

5 /5 Catherine Tran: Great gym with high quality equipment and amenities! All staff are lovely and have created a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Ive been training with Suzanne for the last 6 months and can definitely feel the results (both physically and mentally). She keeps training fun and exciting while still pushing us, and has been personalising our sessions to help strengthen my ankles after an injury. I have now returned to running with her help! Cant recommend Suzanne and T1 enough

5 /5 Jay Williams: Really good gym, well priced, chill and friendly community and the 24 hour access really useful if the hours you can work out are irregular. I have been going to this gym for probabpy about a decade now, on and off (because of my own personal motivation) and continue to for good reason.
