Adam Hargreaves Impact Body & Mind Barooga is the best gym in the area! The facilities are spotless and the equipment is excellent. The environment is uplifting making it easy to stay consistent, and I’ve achieved results I never thought possible. Joining here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. Highly recommend!

Sarah K Ember Pilates is what is getting me through lockdown! Ash and Morgs are great my own little personal motivation encouraging me to stretch that but further and hold a bit longer! These girls are amazing, the website has variety in Pilates and workout times! I usually do a quick 20 minute before I start some work! Highly recommend for any level!

Cornelius Wang Jess and Adrian were super helpful in providing their expert advice on my 2 yoga mats. Their warm demeanour and patience meant that I could try out the mats available before I made a decision. Will definitely come back in the future for more purchases.

Russ Chaplin Unfortunately not 5 stars. My first swim not great when a senior staff member was rude when I tried to buy 10 visits by wanting my email and phone number. When I refused and asked why I was abruptly told the system requires it and they are not there to argue. I said Im not arguing im just asking a question. Awkward ! Why would I trust my email and mobile number to go into that system and be safe ??? Yet paywave works fine for one swim. With the pool surround in sections is extremely sharp exposed agrigat,making walking barefoot an uncomfortable experience. Contractors should be called back to grind down to the correct code /texture,inspect and repair the cracks. Take some notes from Hastings. Staff poolside are fantastic 10/10. Cleaners and actual cleaning 10/10. Change rooms are small for the size of the establishment. 8 people and its uncomfortable. The lack of parking can be a nightmare. Hastings by far is a much better set up re: change rooms, parking. Both Yawa and Pelican actual swimming pools are great though.

Helen Forster I have been training with Shannon for about 6 months and love it. There are plenty of classes on offer and I love the combinations of both strength and boxing. Shannon is a fabulous trainer and I highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to start their journey or take it to the next level.
