Move Training Club - NSW
Laura Jones Move training club is awesome. Ive been going here for about 6 months. Ive been a member of gyms in the past but Ive never felt like Ive got so much out of it before. And its just a great place to be. Everyone is inclusive and friendly and classes are modified to suit all levels of fitness. Hopefully you work or live near by as there isnt a change room. But if you really want to push yourself and get the most out of your training, this is the place :)
