Sharon Lettey Kole & Michael are both great trainers, super motivating and push you to do more (and thats what I want). Its a great vibe too (well, the music is sometimes questionable but Im a middle age woman) I only started a few weeks ago but by the end of my first week I felt like part of the community! Maeve is super helpful with nutrition. Michael is happy to share his wealth of knowledge with you. Dont hesitate, if its real training/results you want give this place a go.

igor utin I have been a member of Fitness First family for more than 10 years now. And I just simply had to congratulate the company on signing the best manager possible. Seems like staff is happy to be here under her guidance! It’s like Bunning now, beating by 10% Team of personal trainer is incredible as well. The other day one of them gave me the best advice in the sauna regards my back and shoulders. Amazing 11/10. Highly commended. Not going to any other gym ever ✌️
