Sarah Wright Today, we had an exceptional customer service experience with the lovely ladies at the Erina branch of Angus & Coote. Ellyse, Theresa, Linda and Karyn all went above and beyond when helping us choose the right rings for my partner and I. One ring in particular, could not be ordered in my partners size, so they took him and the ring to the nearby jeweller to see if it could be resized. I was suffering from severe decision paralysis and was overwhelmed with what would complement my engagement ring. They were all very patient with me and offered great advice clearly based on extensive experience. I ended up getting a ring that I hadn’t even considered but which worked perfectly with my unique engagement ring. Both my partner and I left feeling really well looked after and impressed with a level a customer service that you rarely find these days. Thank you.

Erika Williams Excellent service! Kubi recently resized my grandmothers engagement ring for me, and then was able to make myself and my husband our wedding bands in a very short time frame. Kubi is very easy to communicate with and was able to take into account our budget to deliver exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!
