kana when i came in with my mom to get a different size bracelet, the woman working there was very passive aggressive. she looked and treated my mom wrong with microaggressions. when my mom was struggling to put the bracelet on for me, the worker just looked at us in a rude manner and didnt bother to offer help. in the end, a worker from all the way at the cashier had to come over since the other worker didnt want to help. this rude worker is a white looking woman with blonde hair and glasses, and is in her late middle ages (looks 45-55+).

This is a boutique family run business that makes beautiful fine jewellery. The pieces are refined and elegant. My fiance and I are very happy with our finished bands. We are not big jewellery wearers but found the process simple. Meg had many options for us to look and try at our initial meeting to use as a starting point for our wedding band design. I would highly recommend this place!

Nikki Higgins I came across Megs Instagram a few days after I got engaged. We were overseas at the time so we came back to find a ring. From the moment I went into the studio I was welcomed and given such great service from all staff there. I was able to try on any rings that I wanted and it was so amazing to be able to find a ring that I wanted to take home immediately! I had to have my ring resized and Meg was able to do this very quickly. I am so happy with my ring - it is just stunning. Thank you everyone who helped yesterday - we will be back :)

But today I went in to Hornsby store and all of the staff were rude and not very inviting not one of them had a smile on their face and it felt like I was a burden to them by just being in the store which is a shame because it’s normally a beautiful vibe in there! I felt very uncomfortable shopping and spending quite a bit of money in there today!

Every staff member I’ve ever had assisting me at Hornsby has been so lovely and kind. The range is amazing, not to mention often really great sale stock. I drive a solid distance to come to the Hornsby store specifically!

Daisy Cho April and Tess were absolutely amazing with my 5-year-old today! They were friendly, calm, and made the entire experience enjoyable for my daughter. She was nervous but completely at ease throughout the process. The piercing was quick, painless, and tear-free. I highly recommend this place!

Eliza I had the absolute BEST experience with April today, she was so knowledgable and helpful and really made me feel comfortable about getting a daith piercing. Initially I was indecisive since I couldnt get the piercing I originally wanted, but she was so great at her job and knew exactly what she was talking about, and made sure I was aware of everything.
