Accompanying a friend shopping for her 60th and not looking for jewellery myself, I was surprised to find a ring I fell in love with. Focusing on my friend, I called Holdsworth after our visit and Shelly couldn’t have been more helpful in remembering what I’d seen and organising everything for me (resizing etc). I completely love the ring - top one on picture.

She was so incredibly sweet and patient and helpful as I took my time looking for a perfect gift for my sis-in-law. She went above and beyond to give me the best customer service and made what wouldve been a daunting decision so pleasant. She even threw in complimentary gift wrapping! Both her and her colleague were very understanding and even offered to help replace one of my old, worn out bracelets. Also, the shop is very well-organised and everything just glistens. For someone whos not usually big on jewellery, Ill definitely be paying regular visits!

Kartik Singh Eddie and his brothers were exceptional during this entire process. My BIL had used them to get his engagement ring 7 years ago and now me. Eddie was incredibly patient with me as I knew nothing about rings, and he took hours to sit with me and discuss options, designs and the pros and cons of different choices etc. The ring was absolutely beautiful and my fiancé couldn’t be happier, or imagine herself wearing anything else. Would highly recommend Torres if you are looking for an engagement right - they are just great guys, truly care about their customers and making sure they get it right, and ensure that you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
