1 /5 Iman El: Unprofessional, dishonest and horrible customer service. While we were initially greeted politely, things took a turn when we asked about the price of an item. After doing some quick calculations myself, it was clear that we were being overcharged. Instead of addressing our concerns, the staff became defensive and even mocked us for wanting clarity on the pricing and jokes that we wanted it for free. If you want to be overcharged, then this is the place to go to. Very untrustworthy people who want to steal your money!

I was passed between several staff members, as it appeared only the owner could provide pricing. There were no visible price tags on any items, and I received different price quotes for the same piece on separate occasions. When enquiring about a custom necklace, the exact weight in grams could not be confirmed. The store was busy and seemed understaffed, which created a rushed and pressured buying environment. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this store.
