Nick Zandes Its a great place to jump in the altitude chamber at Bodyology PPS. Ben is a great trainer and the rest of his team are excellent. If your in the need to improve your fitness, this is one way. If you have an event coming up and want to improve yourself, then jump into the chamber for some time before the event. Results are real.

Marnie Houghton Quincee is very professional, and took extra care with learning about my fitness history and took into consideration my injuries. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone to come and train here!

M-F BooM I have been training here with my whole family and have been enjoying the centre. The instructors are inclusive of all ages, fitness levels and genders Classes are clearly instructed in English and also cater for Vietnamese or Chinese language too. My kids love the lessons and have made many friends The Master and instructors are very experienced and structure the classes well between warm up, stretching, techniques and patterns I would highly recommend to all.
