Combat One is more than just a place to train it’s a community built around discipline, respect, and constant growth. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and push you to reach your full potential, whether you’re stepping into the cage for the first time or preparing for your next fight. The atmosphere is intense but supportive; everyone here is driven to improve and help each other get better. Jacqueline Webb As a reasonably new member to Camberwell South Pacific I am very happy to give this gym five stars. All the classes are great but the Pilates reformer classes are amazing and great for all abilities. The instructors are fantastic, they have great energy and take the time to learn about what your goals.
