Not only because it is one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever seen but because of the lengths both Milly and Olivia went to sourcing the perfect stone, helping me work through the design based on the original brief and then working with the addition of extra stones halfway through the design process. HARLI + HARPA EASTLAND - NSW

Susan Jowett I went into Harli and Harpa today at Eastland 11/8 looking for a chain that I bought a few weeks ago that I absolutely loved, but sadly lost. I must say, the two girls that helped me went beyond my expectations trying to find the chain in store and online. The service I received was exceptional. I wish I took down their names, but one was blonde and the other dark haired. Thank you so much for trying so so hard and even though i didnt get to buy it again, you both tried so hard . You should be commended for going out of your way to help me.

Spring Jewellery - NSW

Ellie Took my broken chain to be fixed and my watch to have a link removed. I popped down to the chemist and came back and my necklace was good as new and they quickly altered my watch. They were so lovely as well and an extremely fair price :)

Goldland Jewellery - NSW

FZ LM The jeweller that runs the place is a legend in the area and for good reason. Went to the top jewellery shops from Auburn to Paramatta and around and they couldnt make the custom ring I wanted. They said it was too complex. The jeweller here looked at it and said, "easy Ive made that before". I was expecting a hefty charge due to the high status of the shop, but this custom ring was cheaper than the standard options offered at other shops. Definitely gonna give him custom designs and they have a massive selection of natural gemstones.
