Whilst I was still active, it was definitely hard to find the motivation to exercise regularly, and I knew I could be pushing myself harder. Then...I found Steve. For an incredibly affordable price, Steve offers 20-minute outdoor sessions, 6 days a week. You train together in a group, and it usually works off a HIIT/interval timer style, which takes you through a range of exercises, always working the full body throughout the week. I can honestly say there was not one session where I walked away feeling like I didn’t get anything out of it - and if it looks like anything is too easy for you, you can guarantee Steve will find a way to make it harder. It is tough - your muscles will ache and you will always be out of breath by the end of it, but I guarantee you after each session and each week you will feel fitter, stronger and more healthy. And the best part is that you don’t need to think about planning your workouts, you just need to get to the oval and the rest is done for you. Anyone from all levels of fitness can get something out of ICE. If I wasn’t moving out of the area I would have been at ICE for years! So great - highly recommend.
