Her professional approach in solving the problem was of one of the highest standards of customer service I have ever received. We had a slight hiccup with another store but as Taylah is such a super star she sorted everything out. Because of her service I bought my wedding ring also. The 5 stars are solely for Taylah, it’s a shame so of the other staff can’t take a leaf out of her book. So if you want high customer service ask for Taylah she will look after you.
