Tatiana leads with a perfect balance of compassion and encouragement. She gently challenges you to prepare both mentally and physically for labour and recovery, and every movement is thoughtfully designed with safe pelvic floor support in mind.
The community she’s built has been such a supportive, uplifting space — especially valuable as a first-time mum. Now, my baby and I love coming along to the mums and bubs classes. It’s honestly been one of the best things I’ve done for my wellbeing!
