1 /5 Vivek Sharma: Worst experience from this shop Month ago during festival season we bought silver chain now the few of hooks came off from the chain we ask the staff could you pls fix this but he straight away said we dont fix silver. We only fix gold chain. Took the chain which i paid $100 and paid another $50 on top off of it. Gave us the low gram chain as compared to old silver chain. Totally ripped off. Never ever buy silver from them. Prices too high for silver

5 /5 H Mah: I was only looking for a small piece of jewellery and contacted Excellent Jewellers. Super helpful, amazing customer service. They attended me so well and shared some pictures of the product designs. Upon selection, they kept it aside for me without even any advance payment. I would rather say they are 100% true to their name, excellent service, excellent people, excellent jewellery that’s why they are Excellent Jewellers. Recommend 100%

5 /5 V Krish: Weve been to Excellent Jewellers a few times to purchase gifts and other ornamental items. Ive found their collection and designs to be quite good. Theyre able to cater to custom designs. Ive had a custom design order, which was brilliantly done by Raj, a fine goldsmith. Look at their catalogue or bring your own design... Raj is able to understand the intricate details and help. Excellent Jewellers have been around for years. To purchase an ornamental gift or jewellery, visit them.

1 /5 Manasa Lakshmi: Worst experience.....Due to some hurry hurry, I purchased silver items . Later I noticed they charged more than 3 times of the actual price.Later I contacted them about the price.They said its gst and labour charges . But I pinged them to know about the price of that day which I have purchased. Still there a lot of variations on price. I asked the same with them. They said again the price of the product depends on the product you purchased. Totally not agree with this. . Because in India I used to purchase lot of silver items and never faced this type of issues.Very very bad experience really.Not recommend this shop.
