Betty Karas This is the best gym I have ever trained in. Amazing staff, great equipment and a true sanctuary. This gym is staffed by a great supportive team of women that embraces and enhances other women. Michelle my PT has delivered amazing weight loss and body sculpting results in such short period of time. I definitely would recommend training here. Agnes Kim I recently joined this gym and have been really impressed! There’s a wide variety of machines, and everything is kept clean and in excellent condition. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, with Jason standing out for his detailed explanations and willingness to assist with any questions. Highly recommend!
