dennis coleman One of the best little gyms in the area , modern equipment, rowing machines , the latest stationary bikes , kettle bells , barbells and much much more , but equipment only does not make for a great gym , Gina is an excellent coach who tailors every workout to suit the individual whether you are a seasoned athlete or a newcomer to exercise. So do yourself a favour by doing your body a favour and give Gina a call , you will not be disappointed.

I jumped in when I was 7 months pregnant (but i did crossfit before). Great job from the coaches, that they helped me staying active by adjusting the workouts for me and now the same for my postpartum healing journey. Amazing. Highly recommended! If you want to get strong, feel welcome and have fun, that is your box.

The facilities here are clean and well maintained, the customer service is exceptional and they have a kiosk with a great selection of food and drink. If you’re looking for a swim or a gym, this is the place to visit. Outstanding!
