I was able to secure my requisite mortgage well ahead of time and expectations. There are few things you would expect as a minimum – market knowledge, putting customer satisfaction at the forefront, working for the customer to get the best outcome tailored for them. All these things are in much abundance in Madhu. But what sets her apart from others in similar business is her willingness to walk the extra mile to know her customer better and sharing her vast experience and knowledge with them. She would find time to better understand you and would answer all your queries with transparency. Additionally, owing to her sheer long experience – she would end up giving a lot of other financial advises which are not exactly related to the mortgage process at all.
