I do long shifts on my feet for 11-12 hours so I found using the Normatec boots really made a difference to how my legs felt. The sauna and steam rooms combined with a dip in the ice bath reduced my fatigue and helped me sleep better. I really enjoyed the calm , clean facilities at this studio and the friendly, helpful staff.

My sons 12 and I couldnt make it to the junior class so his attending class with adults and everyones taking the time to teach him and have loads of patience. Not just the staff but also the adults attending class. My sons getting so much out of it and really enjoys coming each week.
