Vincent Jones I first looked into AIM in January 2018 when I wanted to increase my flexibility for Taekwondo (2nd Dan). By March 2018 I had signed up and so began my progress to becoming more flexbile as well as aiming towards my other goal of being able to do a handstand - and overcome my fear of being upside down! Over the past nearly three years now, not only has my flexibility benefited from Viks personal programs, but Ive also gained strength and overall fitness from his very detailed plans for me. Ive also managed to do handstands and overcome my fears. During this time Ive also picked up a shoulder injury in TKD and Vik and the team at AIM have been instrumental in helping me "bullet-proof" it against further injury. The AIM Tribe is just that - a Tribe of like minded people who are all looking for different outcomes in their training and which Vik and his team are able to provide in one-on-one sessions and in the various classes they run. If youre looking for a different approach to your training then this is the Tribe for you. I cant recommend Vik and his team highly enough and am grateful I found them when I did.
