Harry Yemezian I was recommended to see Gianni Ferraro at Longevity for my herniated L5/S1 disc. Until now, I had seen numerous physios and therapists who had not been able to offer me any pain relief through various methods of treatment. Gianni took the time to fully understand the breadth of my issue and take into account my frustration around the different "treatments" that I had been put through. Throughout the last 6 weeks of my treatment, he has successfully healed my pain, helped me restore strength and movement in my body, and even helped me get back to running at roughly the same pace I was at about a year ago before my injury! Additionally, he has always been there for me if I needed him and never made me feel bad for reaching out with any questions or concerns I may have. Gianni, I am very grateful to you for all that you have done for me so far, and cant recommend you enough!

Rachael Brown Old school bowling venue with fabulous staff. We used to come here as kids in the 90s and were pleased to see it still going strong (and hardly changed!). Had a great time with a big group of extended family during the school holidays (discount rates!) and strong recommend. We loved the low tech set up, ultra well looked after facilities and relative quiet compared to the other bowling places around.

Chris Rogers Great kids party. We had a group of about 20 kids for a 7y.o party. Our host Caitlyn was amazing hosting us & looking after the kids. Nothing was too much trouble for her & the kids loved her. A true credit to this centre. Pizzas, fairy bread, fruit platter & cake were all really good. Saturdays are busy, it’s to be expected. Be organized and bring the right attitude & little extra patience. The kids all loved it, the parents got to chat and it was easy. I’d recommend it.
