Ciara C I joined Fernwood Mordialloc last June and cannot recommend it enough! The thoughts of joining a gym had always scared me however everyone there made me feel so comfortable. The instructors are amazing and have built my confidence so much - always pushing me to try the heavier weight or to do the extra rep. There is a real sense of community in the studio, both staff and members are encouraging and supportive and make even the 6am classes enjoyable! I am so grateful I found Fernwood Mordialloc and would recommend to anyone wanting to start their journey!

Sara Staton I have been going to Health Haven now for over 3 years, and it doesn’t compare to any other gym. It’s simple unique in so many ways, it offers amazing different classes to suit each individual from functional to hot room classes. I don’t feel intimidated going which has always scared me away from other gyms. The coaches are super caring and supportive in your fitness journey no matter what level you are at. The members are also so supportive which makes walking in everyday and seeing such friendly supporting people makes your session even more up lifting. I recommend this beautiful space to so many people and they couldn’t agree more with how beautiful a space can make you feel physically and mentally. ❤️❤️
