5 /5 Erin Meredith: Ive just started back at the gym after 14 years off. The staff here are amazing - I feel supported, encouraged and motivated each time I attend. The classes are great - small sizes, and staff will always modify an activity for injuries, or to make harder / easier and make sure you are doing the exercise correctly. The exercises are always varied, which keeps it fun and interesting. There is such a lovely community vibe and everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. I really look forward to going each week.

It’s so welcoming and the trainers are super supportive and really know how to tailor exercises for people working through injuries or needing a gentler approach. I leave feeling stronger each time, without worrying about pushing too hard and triggering existing injuries. Perfect if youre easing back into fitness or need something rehab-friendly. The timetable is so versatile. I highly recommend Fitness Avenue!

5 /5 Jemma Hunt: Highly recommend fitness avenue ! i’ve only been training here for a few months but i have never felt so comfortable and welcomed in a gym before! all the trainers are fantastic and every workout is different,fun yet pushing my body the perfect amount. I am loving training here and i haven’t enjoyed training this much ever !

5 /5 Martin Mansfield: Small group training. Trainers very knowledgeable and attentive. Exercises are tailored to personal fitness levels. I enjoy the additional focus on balance and stretching for flexibility that I would probably neglect if I was working by myself in another gym. Have been pushed to work but not excessively. Would recommend if you want personal training and are prepared to share to lower the cost.
