Stew M I have been training with Leora for a number of years now. Classes are varied and always lots of fun. Leora’s background in weightlifting means that there is a strong focus on technique. If you are looking for outdoor group training, I couldn’t recommend Bayside Health and Fitness Outdoors highly enough.

Alex Power Would 100% recommend joining Bond! I joined after moving to Melbourne and when returning from illness and it’s been such a wonderful community to be involved in and be motivated by. The trainers are all super knowledgeable and care about your progress and adapting exercises to suit your circumstances / injuries. There’s also a good variety of thought out workouts to help you progress in different fitness areas
