5 /5 I: I was staying in Arncliffe for just a couple months, so I originally only intended to go to FPW temporarily, to jump-start my fitness journey with some personal training. But four months later, Im still going four times a week as a regular.
The coaches Mark and Diego place an emphasis on proper form and technique, with tailored weekly plans that allow you to perform more advanced movements and build endurance for both strength and aerobics training.
Mark provides private one-on-one personal training sessions, and there are also weekly semi-private sessions with small groups where you can get plenty of feedback from the coaches.
They have also done an amazing job cultivating a supportive atmosphere in the gym. Although the skill levels are varied, it really does feel like a club where everybody is rooting for each other.
The progression is REAL. Im on track to lose more than 5% BF by the end of the year, and Im excited to see how strong I get next year. Easiest 5 star rating ever.
