Lullabye Behrendt I had the best experience with Evita today,
I was hoping to have a sentimental necklace repaired in person as the clasp had broken, after being told by every jeweller they could either send it away or were unable to help I felt extremely defeated.
Cue me asking the lovely young woman with dark brown hair behind the counter if they were able to help, she immediately jumped up, offered to charge my phone whilst I waited and in less than 2minutes my chain was sparkly and looking brand new.
She did all of this free of charge with a bright smile on her face, I am extremely impressed by the customer service and will definitely be back for any future repairs and gifts
